Award winner film and television composer Valerio Di Maggio was born in Italy on July 30, 2001.

From a young age, he developed a powerful connection with music, spending his youth performing on stage as a keyboardist and guitarist.​

At twenty-one he started studying film scoring at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory, in Rome, marking prolific years under the mentorship of esteemed composers Adriano Aponte and Sandro Di Stefano.

​In 2023, with a top list of composers, musicians, engineers, singers and songwriters he founded Blue Soundtrack Productions, a Rome-based film scoring company.​​​

He was featured at the 82nd and 83rd Venice Film Festivals with the film "Le Vie Dell'Acqua" (2025) and the short film "Intrecci" (2026), for which he composed the original scores.

Defined by instantly recognizable themes and powerful narrative scores, his musical language fuses orchestral textures with modern synthesizers, where storytelling, emotion, and memorable melodies converge.

He regularly collaborates with international talented musicians, adding a unique touch to each score.

- Rosso (2026), an Alexis Garau short film, which won Best Soundtrack at the MegaFlix Movie Awards and Best Indie Short Film at the New York Film & Cinematography Award;

- Le Vie Dell'Acqua (2025), a Growing Production film premiered at the 82nd Venice film Festival;

- Il Cielo degli Osservatori (2024), an astronomical docu-series;

- Come Si Realizzano I Sogni (2024), a Growing Production short film;

- Ferrari (Orchestral Version) (2025).​
